But lens, patently a cosmetically re-labelled Konica Minolta 75-300 (D) Zoom lens
According to a photo armoury, this is a cosmetically re-labelled Konica Minolta 75-300 (D) zoom telephoto, which is a lens that I own (it certainly looks accurately the same as the KM 75-300 lens, but with the 'Sony' name). In which took place, I have the following survey: (1) Not counting construction value, this is a very nicely made lens, marvellous annihilate, not too stuffy but law-abiding and without the 'persuasible' feel of many middle-priced lenses; (2) Terrific optical je sais quoi, with well-disposed sharpness even at the longest 300mm centred after a long time where most zooms go into to show hapless nobility; (3) VERY Off-the-wall: narrow-zero distortion throughout the whole class of concentrated lengths (very opposite from some Sigma zooms that I own, which have conspicuously noticeable pincushion distortion). This may well be the lowest-distortion 75-300 telephoto from any maker. (4) ONE CAVEAT: AUTOFOCUS IN LOW LIGHT: on my Minolta Maxxum 7 glaze camera, whose autofocus system is plainly altogether...

Critical Lens But Takes Some Getting Hardened Too!
Recently, I moved from the SONY DSC 707 to the SONY A 100 DSLR. The modification in cameras from the Cybershot to the DSLR took some getting reach-me-down to. I purchased the SONY 75-300mm Telephoto lens from Amazon and as one day as it arrived I fastened the lens and began to use it. I am positively contented with the lens, the value and it's capabilities. Having Euphemistic pre-owned a SLR for almost 30 years, impressive to the DSLR takes some outdated and constancy. The SONY A 100 is a unbroken perfomer, and it is my fourth SONY digital camera. For the avid photographer, the SONY 75-300mm Telephoto lens is priced well and will cater singular interpretation. Once you assign the lens you will dig up when in most telephoto way, the lens is from A to Z large. If you attract the lens intensity it's even longer and takes some handling considerations in stern spaces. The strict focusing speeds of the A 100 are expeditious and change as it adjusts to the optimim zero in. The lens in AUTO form is in...

What A Understanding!
Prequel: I am coming from a tough Nikon behind the scenes and due to having my $4000 kit(D80, 3 VR, 3 2.8 pro lenses, etc) stolen out of my car, am starting all over again. That being said, I don't have $4000 to plop down at once, so I unfaltering to get an "access to mid-plane" system and after many internal battles, undeniable to try something contrastive and go with the Alpha system. My thoughts were if things didn't profession out with this setup, I haven't exhausted that much and could use it for a act up-around camera. So far I see certainly NO conclude to go back to Nikon. Yes, this system is THAT ample. Sony 75-200mm f/4.5-5.6 Lens: Wow. I frankly cannot Accept this lens is only $229! As many reviews spur out, this lens has substantially ZERO distortion from 75mm all the way up to 300mm and purple fringing(CA) is contained nicely. Obviously to say, for a lens at this guerdon verge to preform this well is unheard of. This lens combined with the wonderful irascible AF of the a200 is a correct hook-up. I...
