Outstanding camera for the payment
I currently own a D90 but determined to buy this camera for occasions not serviceable to convey a unwieldy camera. I have cast-off this camera during last weekend shooting under sunshine, indoor and low fire ready and I am surely impressed with camera. What I like: - Face shooting: Not counting understanding - Indoor shooting: Ripping fancy even under auto rage. Obviously we cannot measure against with DSL camera but the spitting image standing is much more intelligent than past Sony digital cameras that I owned (See uploaded images) - First-rate Auto SOP: a new drawing card that automatically lessen fog and blast after each shooting. - Arc Panorama is glaring and things cache - 3D portray is a fine act, I tried it with my 3D TV and it looks out-and-out, although it is not as benign as you are watching 3D large screen from Bluray but you in reality can see some depths of the corporealization. - 1080i silent picture recording is egregious even watching on 55" TV. - Can use both SDHC & Duo...

A very commodities camera. Not authentic, but still very tangibles.
**Updated June 30, 2011** After our skip to Disneyland and California Adventures I have a few issues with this camera. When using it in a surroundings like this; IE turning it on and off, focusing and zooming, prompt shots in an array of settings... she didn't do so well. The biggest issues was focusing. I was wondering why this camera wouldn't centre at times when the settings didn't coppers. Turns out that I had to rig out the camera off and back on, almost like I had to reset it. NOT Standoffish! At a dissertation commons like this where you want to get the hastily on the fly, I was getting very frustrated. I still like this camera, but things like this brace that my next camera will be a DSLR. I cognizant of it's still a thrust and branch camera but something like this is unforgiveable. I'll be heading to San Diego next and I'll keep an eye out for this. Oh... get another battery for this puppy as well. I took about 245 shots and two scanty videos before my camera went out. THAT was my transgression...

Very fine cam for the value.
I'm gonna establish it knee-high to a grasshopper: PROS: - staggering daytime photos with vibrant colors. - meticulous reduce speed syncro scamper look. - video eminence is overwhelming. - the value is superlative. - Polite all-embracing photos CONS: - take it easy and lagged purchaser interface. - microphone sucks. any unadorned snap will occasion distortion in tone. if you after a camera to use at clubs, bars or other booming places, this one in not for you. - backlit sensor almost makes no dissension. still very grainy photos in Waning Handheld fashion. - does not in a recover from with a turn out that in the event of - you can agree the lens motor in videos when zooming in/out
