First Impressions are Correct!It's a video miracle - but it's an audio catastrophe.
Best video, either 1080P 30 FPS, or 720P 60 FPS (the faster skeleton proportion rank is more wisely for going subjects). It also has modes for YouTube and Apple that I haven't tried yet - and don't overlook it does all at once drop sequences as well! The color touchscreen controls are very intuitive. You won't penury the written guide. I was unhappy by the stereo audio which sounds thin and phasey. (Perhaps I have a bad part?) It does a credible job of shooting stills, although they are not as sharp, nor do they have the powerful area readily obtainable in most $100 digital still cameras. But the submersible Picsio fits in your walk off and shoots considerable HD video! Picsio also will itemize mp-3 stereo audio, but the audio trait is borderline in my portion. (I am talking myself into exchanging mine to see if the audio should absolutely be ameliorate. Yard goods audio should be technically quiet to win compared to HD video.)
